Product Delivery:
Upon successful payment through Shopify, you will receive access to our digital product via email or download link. Please note that delivery usually is instant but may take up to 1 hour, depending on your payment method and any potential processing delays. For some of our products, you may need to login to our Teachable portal to access the purchase, and if so, an email with login information will also be delivered. This is a digital product shop and NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE MAILED.
Refund Policy:
We stand behind the quality of our product and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date to request a refund. Please note that refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.

LIFETIME ACCESS
You'll have lifetime access to the Product you are purchasing for as long as the Product exists. If the Product you purchase is retired (discontinued), you will no longer have access to it. Making Lemonade Media LLC cannot guarantee that notice will be provided prior to discontinuing a Product.
GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT
Gift cards can be purchased inside the Making Lemonade Shop for future use towards any product sold in the Making Lemonade Shop. Store credits may be issued by Making Lemonade Shop. Store credit is for future use towards any product sold in the Making Lemonade Shop. Gift cards and store credit are valid for twelve months (365 days) after the date of issue. Gift cards and store credit are not redeemable for cash. There are no refunds on gift cards bought through the Making Lemonade Shop.
